Virgo Infraspace inherits its governance and values from the wider Virgo Group, established in 2023 by first-generation entrepreneur. What began as a proprietorship under the name Virgo Industries has grown into a self-funded, diversified group spanning specialty manufacturing for city infrastructure, manpower and facility services, and — since 2023 — real estate and infrastructure.
The group's other verticals — Virgo Specialties Ltd (since 2008, industrial coatings and water treatment) and Tristar Management Services Ltd. (since 2009, manpower and facility solutions) — reflect a pattern: enter a sector with discipline, build capability quietly, then scale. Virgo Infraspace follows the same pattern in real estate, having secured development rights for seven major Mumbai projects within its first year and strengthened capability through the 2024 acquisition of an established local developer.
